Grace’s connection to real estate started early, and it stuck. Growing up, she spent her weekends alongside her parents as they flipped homes, learning the ins and outs of ROI, renovations, and market strategy long before most kids were thinking about careers. By fifth grade, she was browsing listings for fun, and that early exposure naturally evolved into a lifelong passion. Since then, Grace has owned and managed rental properties herself, giving her a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of the market from multiple angles.
Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Grace knows firsthand how overwhelming a major move can feel - especially one that crosses borders. When she and her husband relocated to Florida, they began their journey in Horizon West and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle. Today, they’re in a new chapter just minutes from Disney, raising their daughter, Berry, and embracing the magic of Central Florida living.
Living so close to Disney has also shaped Grace’s approach to service. A moment that’s always stayed with her involved her younger brother losing his security blanket at a Disney resort - only to have cast members track it down, clean it, and return it the very same day. That level of care, follow-through, and attention to detail set a lasting standard for her. Grace brings that same mindset to every client experience, making the process smooth, thoughtful, and elevated - while always going the extra mile.
